HEWETT, WILBERINE TURNER 
(January 22, 1936 - February 28, 2012)

Wilberine Turner Hewett, age 76, a native of Morgan City, La., and a resident 
of Patterson, La., died Tuesday, February 28, 2012 at Teche Regional Medical 
Center at 4:52 AM.

Visitation will be Saturday, March 3, 2012 at Ephesians Baptist Church from 
9:00 AM until funeral service at 11:00 AM. Burial will be in the Morgan City 
Cemetery.

Wilberine leaves to cherish her memories; five brothers, Melvin Turner, Jr., 
Benjamin Turner, Harold Turner, Donald Ray Turner and Wilbert Turner all of 
Morgan City, La; three sisters, Fannie Lyles, Carolyn T. Dorsey and Linda 
Turner all of Morgan City, La., and a host of relatives and friends.

Wilberine was preceded in death by her parents, Melvin Turner, Sr., and Lillian 
Washington Turner, and her husband, Wesley Hewett.
