A Mass of Christian burial will be held Friday, March 16, 2012, at 2:00 PM at 
the Church of the Assumption in Franklin for Mr. Hardy J. Hebert, 80, a 
Jeanerette native and resident of Franklin for the past 50 years, who passed 
away peacefully at his home with his family at his side on Wednesday, March 14, 
2012. 
Burial will follow in the Sacred Heart Cemetery in Baldwin. 
Father Lloyd Benoit will officiate the services.

Survivors include five children, Lana Guilliot of Crowley, Greg Hebert and his 
wife Lonnie of Friendswood, TX, Brady Hebert and his wife Lisa of Baldwin, 
Stacey Hebert of Baldwin, and Melanie Arnold and her husband Doug of Houma; two 
sisters, Nedra Legnon of New Iberia and Roberta Dore of New Iberia; eight 
grandchildren; five great grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces and 
nephews.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Loretta H. Hebert; his parents, Dupre 
Hebert and Antoinette Rabalais Hebert; and two sisters, Doris Derouen and Rita 
Rabalais.

Pallbearers will be Greg Hebert, Brady Hebert, Stacey Hebert, Christopher 
Hebert, Hardy Guilliot, Matt Arnold, and Johnny Files.

A gathering of family and friends will be held Friday at Ibert's Mortuary from 
10:00 AM until time of dismissal at 1:30 PM.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Ibert's Mortuary, Inc., 1007 Main St., 
Franklin, LA
