Larry had a Heart of Gold, he loved his family and gave himself to them each and every day. Larry worked hard to provide for their every need, he would make sure to make birthdays a special time for his family if it was your birthday you were sure to have a home baked cake made with loving care by Larry himself. Larry liked to joke and have a good time, whenever you were with him you were sure to have a laugh. Larry is survived by five loving children, Renee Scully of Bayou Vista, Annette Aucoin of Morgan City, Larry Aucoin of Morgan City, Karen Thibodeaux and her husband, Carl, of Morgan City, and Dean Aucoin of Morgan City; 13 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren. One brother Louis Aucoin of Morgan City. And numerous nieces and nephews, relative , and friends. Larry is preceded in death by his wife Diettra Aucoin, his parents Inez and Lenes " Yankee" Aucoin. His son-in-law Roger Scully Sr. Visitation will be Friday April 27, 2012 at Hargarve Funeral Home beginning at 6 PM until 9 PM. Continuing Saturday April 28, 2012 at Hargrave Funeral Home beginning at 9 AM until 12 noon. Funeral Services will be at Hargrave Funeral Home Saturday at 12 noon. Larry will be laid to rest with his loving wife Diettra in the Morgan City Cemetery. ===================
