Visitation will be Saturday, April 21, 2012 at Pilgrim Grove Baptist Church in Greenwoods from 10:00 AM until funeral service @ 1:00 PM. Burial will be in Morgan City Cemetery. Orelia "Ms. Toby" Skinner leaves to cherish her memories; four sons, Ezekiel Skinner of Houma, La., Isaiah Skinner, Sr., James Skinner and Johnny Skinner all of Morgan City; three daughters, Bessie Singleton (Elmer) of Amelia, La., Catherine Skinner Kelly and Mamie L. Johnson both of Morgan City; forty-two grandchildren, one hundred eleven great grandchildren and thirty-three great great grandchildren, and a host of relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Skinner, Sr., her parents, Alfred and Pearl Carter, three sons, two daughters, two grandsons, a granddaughter, four sisters and two brothers. ===================
