TURNER, BENJAMIN "BEN" 
(November 5, 1941 - April 14, 2012)

Benjamin "Ben" Turner, age 70, a native and a resident of Morgan City, died 
Saturday, April 14, 2012 at Teche Regional Medical Center at 3:01 PM.

Visitation will be at New Zorah Baptist Church in Morgan City, Saturday, April 
21, 2012 from 9:00 AM until funeral service at 11:00 AM. 
Burial will be in the Morgan City Cemetery.

Ben leaves to cherish his memories; his wife, April Wilson Turner of Morgan 
City, La., five sons, Tyrone Turner, Harold Turner and George Turner all of New 
Iberia, La., Alvin Turner and Kendrick Turner both of South Carolina; two 
daughters, Veronica Turner Provost and Leatesa Turner Oakley both of Houston, 
TX; four brothers, Melvin Turner, Jr., Donald Ray Turner, Wilbert and Harold 
Turner all of Morgan City, La., two sisters, Linda Turner and Carolyn Turner 
both of Morgan City, La., twenty-seven grandchildren, and a host of relatives 
and friends
