Entombment followed in the Franklin City Cemetery Mausoleum. The Rev. Aaron Melancon, pastor of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Milton, was Celebrant of the Funeral Mass and conducted the funeral services. Lectors were Stephanie Leger Short and Brook Verret. Giftbearers were Gary and Linda Boudreaux. Eulogist was Barbara Gilley. Karen Broussard, organist, sang for the services, “Amazing Grace,” “Ave Maria,” “On Eagle’s Wings,” and “One Bread, One Body.” Survivors include her seven year old son, Koen Bren Scott, who was the light of her life; her parents, Nolan B. and Tana Boudreaux Begnaud of Lafayette; two brothers, Parrish Begnaud and his wife, Candy, and their six children; and Hunter Begnaud and his wife, Alisha, and their daughter; and maternal grandfather, A.J. Boudreaux. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Bertha Boudreaux; and paternal grandparents, Roy and Hazel Begnaud. Kiley was born on May 2, 1972 in Lafayette and was a resident of Lafayette for 17 years. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Milton. Kiley was a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor, who worked with people with disabilities to help them achieve employment. She received her masters at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. She participated at Relay For Life with the American Cancer Association. Pallbearers were Parrish Begnaud, Hunter Begnaud, Cameron Gilley, Hal Gilley, Rowdy Boudreaux and Willie Mayes. The family requested that visitation be observed at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Milton Monday, from 11:30 a.m. until time of Mass.
