FUSELIER, DIANA M. SCULLY 

Diana M. Scully Fuselier, 59, a resident of Morgan City, passed away Sunday, 
May 13, 2012, at her home.

Diana was born on Dec. 19, 1952, in Brownsville, Texas, the daughter of Reed 
Scully and Agnes Austin.

Diana enjoyed her many jobs and was a very hard worker. She loved to work 
around her house, whether it be working in the garden or redoing her home. She 
was also a member of the New Hope Church of Christ in Morgan City.

She will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her loving constant 
companion, Joseph Johnson of Morgan City; one daughter, Donna LaCoste of 
Amelia; one son, James E. Fuselier Jr. of Pinehurst, Texas; three brothers, 
Adam Scully of Berwick, Daniel Austin Jr. of Bayou L’Ourse and Barry Austin of 
Amelia; six sisters, Rita Lapeyrouse of Denham Springs, Mabel Berthelot of 
Addis, Sharon Cupit, Terri Milton and Carol Austin, all of Monroe, and Martha 
Slack of Arkansas; five grandchildren, Evan Reed, Zachary Reed, Darien 
Fuselier, Wyatt Lehman and Adison Lehman.

Diana was preceded in death by her parents, Reed Scully and Agnes Austin; 
grandmothers, Rose Richard and Mabel Scully; one sister, Linda Linn; and her 
stepfather, Daniel Ray Austin Sr.

Memorial services will be held at 4 p.m. on Friday, May 18, 2012, at Faith 
Baptist Church, 710 Teche Road, Bayou Vista.
