LOGERMAN, NANCY B. 

Nancy Mae Baker Simmons Logerman, 70, a resident and native of Baldwin, died 
Monday, April 23, 2012, at 5:50 p.m., at Lafayette General Medical Center 
following a short illness.

She is survived by her husband, Harold Logerman Sr. of Baldwin; one son, Roman 
Keith Baker of Franklin; two daughters, Marjorie Marie Baker of Trinity, 
Alabama and Viola E. Goins of Fort Sill, Oklahoma; two brothers, Oray Baker Jr. 
of Chicago, Illinois and Alfred James Baker of Baldwin; two sisters, Doris 
Baker Smith of Baldwin and Candice B. Williams of Grandview, Missouri; three 
grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.

Mrs. Logerman was preceded in death by her first husband, her parents and one 
sister.

Visitations will be observed Saturday, May 5, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., at 
Greater New Hope Baptist Church in Baldwin.

Burial rites will be read Saturday, at 1 p.m., at that church, with the Rev. 
Emile Jolivet officiating.

The Otis Mortuary of Franklin is in charge of preparations.
