He is survived by his wife, Theda Written, of Morgan City; four children, Colleen Griffin of Tennessee, Gary Griffin of California, Timothy Pojar of Morgan City, and Joshua Pojar of Morgan city; six brothers and sister; Marie Nosal of Wisner, NE, Margaret Schultz of Beemer, NE, Marvine Albers of Wisner, NE, Marlene Freyermuth of Beemer, NE, Martin Pojar of Nixa, MO, and Joseph Pojar of Lincoln, NE; as well as six grandchildren He was preceded in death by his parents, Jerome Pojar and Effie Tichota Pojar; three brothers: Ronald Pojar, Robert "Bob" Pojar, and Arnold Pojar. Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 PM on Monday, May 7, 2012 at Twin City Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM until the time of the service Monday. Mr. Pojar will be laid to rest in the Morgan City Cemetery following the funeral services. Graveside services will be conducted by The East St Mary Parish Funeral Squad.
