KIMBALL, BILLY CARROLL 

Billy Carroll Kimball, 62, a resident of St. Martinville, passed away July 3, 
2012, at Lafayette General Medical Center.

Billy was born on Sept. 9, 1949, in Orange, Texas, the son of Willie Kimball 
and Merle Morgan Kimball.

He was an avid follower of baseball (and played semi-pro locally) and football, 
especially LSU. He loved dancing and spending time with his family, but was 
especially proud of and loved spending time with his grandchildren.

He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by two children, Dwayne Kimball 
and wife Vanessa of The Woodlands, Texas, and Keri Hill and husband Kenneth of 
Berwick; two brothers, John Kimball and wife Amber of Patterson and Jackie 
Kimball and wife Jolie of Vinton; two sisters, Delores McNulty and husband 
Larry of Nederland, Texas, and Kim Landry of Vidor. He is also survived by his 
companion, Audrey Horton of St. Martinville; and five grandchildren, Kaeley 
Hill, Kennedy Hill, Kohen Hill, Bailey Kimball and Carson Kimball.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Willie Kimball and Merle Morgan 
Kimball.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, July 7, 2012, at Twin City 
Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. until the time of service on 
Saturday at the funeral home. 

Billy will be laid to rest in the Morgan City Cemetery.
