(July 2, 1933 - September 16, 2012) Henry K. "Inky" Lee Jr., 79, a native of Baton Rouge and a resident of Morgan City passed away on Sunday, September 16, 2012 at Teche Regional Medical Center. Inky was devoted to his loving wife of 54 years, Marina, to their children, grandchildren and their great granddaughter above anything else. He graduated from both Nicholls State and Louisiana State Universities. He demonstrated his love of Morgan City by dedicating many years to promoting its popularity and growth. He was involved with his community as a civic leader and served three terms on the Morgan City Council. He was a charter member and former chairman of the St. Mary Parish Tourist Commission. Inky also spent over 20 years teaching drafting at Young Memorial Vocational Technical School. He enjoyed being an avid fan of both LSU and the New Orleans Saints He is survived by his caring wife, Marina; four sons: Henry E. Lee of Little Rock, Charlie Lee and wife, Debbie of Morgan City, Robert Lee and partner, Erik Moltzan of Sydney Australia and Patrick Lee and wife, Jill of Memphis; one daughter, Celine Laubach and husband, David of Morgan City; nine grandchildren: Charlie Lee Jr., Michael Lee, Kelcey Morvant, Dave Laubach, Kathryn Lee, Brenna Laubach, Colin Lee, Alexa Laubach and Gabriella Laubach along with one great granddaughter, Alaina Lee. He is preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Constance Lee Sr.; one son, James Lee and one brother, Michael Lee. Visitation will take place on Monday, September 17, 2012 at Twin City Funeral Home beginning at 6pm until 9pm and resume at Sacred Heart Catholic Church at 9am until 11am on Tuesday, September 18, 2012. A Mass of Christian Burial will start at 11am and he will be laid to rest in the Morgan City Cemetery following the mass. ===================
