Ethel was born on November 25, 1919 in Berwick the daughter of Sidney and Augusta Fabre Francis. Ethel was a parishioner of Holy Cross Catholic Church and was a member of the Lady's Alter Society. She had a love for cooking and baking as well as snowballs. She had a snowball stand in her front yard on Federal Avenue for 37 years. She will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by three sons, Curtis Breaux and wife Gwen of New Iberia, Jude Breaux and wife Terri of Chacahoula, Reid Breaux of Morgan City; five grandchildren, Cassidy J. Breaux of Baton Rouge, Marla Breaux Bernard and husband David of New Orleans, Joshua Breaux and wife Kayla of Enterprise, Mississippi, Aaron Breaux of Hot Springs, Arkansas, Sarah Breaux Boomer and husband Joshua of Seattle, Washington; four great- grandchildren, Brayden Breaux, Colten Breaux, Alyssa Boomer, and Hayley Boomer. Ethel was preceded in death by her parents Sidney Francis and Augusta Fabre Francis; husband, Curtis P. "Chuck" Breaux; two sisters, Opal Guidroz and Beryl Mock; one brother, Otis Francis. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 8, 2012 at Holy Cross Catholic Church. Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 7, 2012 at Twin City Funeral Home with a Rosary at 7:00 p.m. Ethel will be laid to rest in the Morgan City Cemetery following mass. ===================
