BROWN, BENNET, SR.

Bennet Brown Sr., 73, a native of New Iberia and a resident of Jeanerette, died 
Sunday, November 11, 2012, at 8:20 p.m., at Iberia Manor North in New Iberia.

Visitation will be Saturday, Nov. 17 at Jones Funeral Home in Jeanerette, from 
9 a.m. until funeral service at 11 a.m. 

Burial will follow in the Morning Pilgrim Cemetery in Jeanerette.

Bennet leaves to cherish his memories three sons, Benny (Debra Lively) Brown 
Jr. of Jeanerette, Wallard Brown and Elery Lee Brown, both of Lafayette; two 
daughters, Lilly Mae Brown of Jeanerette and Beverly Ann Brown of Alexandria; a 
sister, Florence Brown of Franklin; 13 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; 
and a host of relatives and friends.

Bennet was preceded in death by his parents and his wife.

Jones Funeral Home of Morgan City/ Franklin/ Jeanerette is in charge of 
arrangements
