(January 3, 1933 - November 6, 2012) Anna F. Miller, 79, a resident of Morgan City, passed away on Tuesday, November 6, 2012 at Teche Regional Medical Center. Anna was born on January 3, 1933 in Morgan City the daughter of Martin and Laura Rink DeHart. She loved being around people especially when she would go to play bingo at the AARP Center. She loved to cook and also loved children as she was a babysitter for many years. Anna will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by four daughters, Velda Landry of Bayou Vista, Vanessa Fromenthal and husband Francis of Berwick, Vesta Lasseigne and husband Richard of Patterson, Vonda Dupre and husband Peter of Bayou Vista; three sons, Vernie Miller, Verlin Miller, and Van Miller all of Lydia, Louisiana; two sisters, Margaret Chatham of Seadrif, Texas and Betty Sons of Branson, Missouri; two brothers, Alan DeHart of Morgan City and Martin DeHart of Morgan City; 16 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Martin Dehart and Laura Rink DeHart; husband, Van Miller; son, Virgil Miller; daughter-in-law, Tina Miller; sister, Dorothy Hebert; two brothers, Justin DeHart and Stanley DeHart; as well as two sister-in-laws, Marjorie DeHart and Arlene DeHart. Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, November 9, 2012 at Twin City Funeral Home. Visitation will begin at 9:00 a.m. until the time of the services on Friday at the funeral home. Anna will be laid to rest in the Morgan City Cemetery. ===================
