During his 'Dash' he served his country in the Vietnam Era stateside in the U.S. Marine Corp. "Cookie" as he like to be affectionately known enjoyed visitations from his children, grandchildren, family and friends. He loved playing bingo and listening to music and dancing. Cookie will never be forgotten and he will be truly missed by his family and friends. Rest in Peace, Cookie. Cookie is survived by his four daughters: Ellen Cook Bourg and husband, Hershell of Murfreesboro, TN, Janice Cook and companion, Tim Gallant of Pensacola, FL, Cynthia Cook Magallon and husband, Jesus of Baton Rouge and Kathleen Gregoire of Houma; two sons: Richard Cook of Houma and Oville Adam Gregoire and wife, Evette of Beach Grove, TN; 17 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren; two brothers: Errol Cook of Patterson and Paul Cook and wife, Karen of Morgan City along with a host of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Edelia Billiot Cook; parents, Allison and Isabelle Martin Cook Jr., one granddaughter, Candas Cook Hebert and two sisters: Rhea Cook Arcemont and Joyclyn Cook Callehan. Visitation will be held on Friday, February 1, 2013 at Twin City Funeral Home beginning at 6pm until 9pm and resuming at the funeral home Saturday, February 2, 2013 starting at 9pm until time of service at 11am. Cookie will be laid to rest in the Morgan City Cemetery with full military honors provided by the East St. Mary Veterans Funeral Squad. ===================
