Please go to http://usgwarchives.net/la/stmary/obits/dateobits/2013/sm1301.htm and click on the name of interest. ========== Joseph Wilson LaCoste, 88, a lifelong resident of Morgan City passed away on Tuesday, January 1, 2013 at Teche Regional Medical Center surrounded by his loving family. Joseph loved spending time outdoors and on the water along with being an avid fisherman. He was a very special and loving grandfather and enjoyed spending time telling jokes to whomever would listen. He was always fun to be around and will be sorely missed by all who loved him. Joseph is survived by his wife, Florence Rulf LaCoste of Morgan City; one son, Carl LaCoste and wife, Jan of Morgan City; one daughter, Katherine LaCoste Oubre and husband, Woodrow Jr. of Morgan City; six grandchildren: Darron, Shane, Shelia, Dawn, Megan and Stephanie along with five great grandchildren: Ashton, Mason, Samantha, Jacob and Jordan. Joseph was preceded in death by his parents, Dennis and Rosella LaCoste; one brother, Murphy LaCoste and one sister, Lucille LaCoste Barrilleaux. Visitation will be held on Friday, January 4, 2013 at Twin City Funeral Home beginning at 6pm until 9pm and resume at the funeral home on Saturday, January 5, 2013 at 8am until 9:30am. The Service of Christian Burial will take place at Pharr Methodist Chapel beginning at 10am and he will be laid to rest following the service in the Morgan City Mausoleum. ===================
