Gerenda "Wendy" Bradford, age 55, a resident of Morgan City, La., died 
Wednesday, February 20, 2013 at 3:22 AM at Teche Regional Medical Center.

Visitation will be Saturday, March 2, 2013 at Siracusa Recreation Center from 
9:00 AM until funeral service at 2:00 PM. 

Burial will be in the Morgan City Cemetery.

Wendy leaves the celebration of her Life and Homegoing to her loving husband, 
Michael L. Bradford of Morgan City, La; her mother, Annie Pearl Perry, her 
grandmother, Bertha Washington, her Spiritual Mother; Sis. Gloria Hebert of 
Morgan City, La; nine sons, Wosha' (Jakeshia) Ruffin of Morgan Ciy, La., 
Terrance (Zakia) Ruffin of Houston, TX., Charles Elmore, Jackie Elmore, Doral 
Gash, Kunta Green, Marlen Metz, Robert Narcisse, III and Barry Perro all of 
Morgan City; brothers, Leslay Lewis of Houma, La., Anthony Ruffin and Elfonso 
Ruffin both of Patterson, La., Gary Ruffin of Lafayette, La., Peter Ruffin of 
Washington, D.C., Timothy Ruffin of Los Angeles, Ca., Leroy Johnson, and 
Marshall (Julia) Hebert both of Jeanerette, La., Jerry Hebert of Morgan City, 
La; five sisters, Shelia Ruffin-Little of Gibson, La., Angela Ruffin of 
Lafayette, La., Bernadette Lewis of Los Angeles, CA., Elaine (Grady) Patterson 
of Jeanerette, La., Theresa Hebert of Morgan City, La., and Stella Ann (Brain) 
Monroe of St. Gabriel, La; her niece, Kakeisha R. (Donald) Harris of Raceland, 
La; grandchildren, Zahyri Ruffin and Wosha' A. Ruffin; godchildren, Taj O. 
Feltus, Jamal Ford, D'Aaron Mitchell and Anthony Sam; and a host of aunts, 
uncles, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Peter Ruffin, two brothers, Peter 
Ruffin, Jr., and Roger Ruffin, her paternal grandparents, her maternal 
grandfather and two aunts.
