Visitation will be Saturday, March 9, 2013 at Trinity United Methodist Church, 101 Main St., in Baldwin, La., from 9:00 AM until funeral service at 11:00 AM. Burial will be in Trinity United Methodist Church cemetery in Baldwin. Helen leaves to cherish her memories; three sons, Earcel (Carolyn) Spencer of Jeanerette, La., Steward (Gwendolyn) Spencer, Sr., of Baton Rouge, La., and Terry (Beverly) Drexler of Verdunville, La; four daughters, Carol (Stephen) Bruner of Four Corners, La., Hattie (Morris) Thompson of Jeanerette, La., Georgia (Gregory) Carbin of Morgan City, La., and Laura(Todd, Sr.) Watson of Baton Rouge, La; one brother, Herbert (Lorraine) Harding of Jeanerette, La; twenty-four grandchildren, forty-one great grandchildren, twelve great-great grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends. Helen was preceded in death by her parents, a son, Joseph Spencer, Jr., a daughter, Millie Hills, a grandson, Paul J. Spencer, a granddaughter, Monica R. Jackson, two sisters, Ruth Barabin and Sarah Prince, four brothers, Manuel Harding, William Harding, Jr., Wilbur Harding and Earthe Spencer. ===================
