Dimple Commodore, 81, a native of Terrebonne Parish and resident of Houma died 
Wednesday, April 10, 2013.

Visitation will be Monday from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at Jones Funeral Home in Houma, 
and 9:00 a.m. until funeral time at the church. Funeral services will be 
Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. at Mt. Zion Baptist Church. 

Burial will follow in Mt. Zion Baptist Church cemetery.

She is survived by three sons, Elisha, Jr. (Valerie), Edgar Lee (Patricia), and 
Gralin (Marcia) Commodore; two daughters, Roslyn Commodore and Melissa 
(Rodrick) Bolden.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Elisha Commodore, Sr.; son, Randy 
Commodore; her parents, Edward and Harriet Johnson-Maryland.
