He is survived by his wife, Sandra Blackburn Randle of Verdunville; two sons, Antonio L. Blackburn and Dwight P. Blackburn, both of Verdunville; two daughters, Mrs. Dion Arceneaux of New Iberia and Ms. Harriet Lynn Blackburn of Baton Rouge; six brothers, Nathaniel Randle Sr. of Franklin, Eugene Randle Sr., Charles Randle and Jules Randle, all of Baldwin, Joseph Randle Jr. of Houston, Texas and Henry Randle of Seattle, Washington; three sisters, Mrs. Hilda C. Mitchell and Mrs. Barbara Edmond, both of Baldwin, and Mrs. Joe Ann Collins of Seattle, Washington; 17 grandchildren; and three great grandchildren. Mr. Randle was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers. Visitations will be observed Saturday, April 13, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., at Special Providence Baptist Church, 814 Martin Luther King Jr. Street, in Baldwin. Burial rites will be read Saturday, at 11 p.m., at that church, with the Rev. Willie J. Otis Jr. officiating. Interment will follow in the Special Providence Church Cemetery in Baldwin. The Otis Mortuary of Franklin is in charge of preparations. ===================
