Rosary and funeral services will be held Saturday, May 25, 2013, at 12:00 PM at 
Ibert's Mortuary in Franklin for Emery J. Hebert, Jr., 57, a native of Franklin 
and longtime resident of Baldwin, who passed away peacefully at his home on 
Thursday morning. 

Burial will follow in the Sacred Heart Cemetery in Baldwin. 
Deacon Gerald Bourg will officiate the services.

Emery's passion in life was antiques. He was the owner and operator of Emery's 
Antiques and Collectibles in Baldwin for 35 years, and was in the antiques 
business since graduating high school. He took great pride and satisfaction in 
restoring and bringing life back to neglected antiques whether through 
refinishing, repairing or replacing broken pieces, and even re-caning old 
rocking chairs.

Survivors include one sister, Helen Hebert Guillotte and her husband Theophile; 
one nephew, Theophile Guillotte II and his wife Deborah; one niece, Kim 
Guillotte Guillot and her husband Daniel; one grandnephew, Devin Guillotte; one 
grandniece, Chloe Guillot; and a very special friend, Denise Champagne.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Emery J. Hebert, Sr. and Verna Porrier 
Hebert; and one sister, Linda Marie Hebert.

A gathering of family and friends will be held Saturday at Ibert's Mortuary in 
Franklin from 10:00 AM until time of rosary and funeral service at 12:00 PM.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Ibert's Mortuary, Inc., 1007 Main Street, 
Franklin, LA
