Susan "Susie" Eileen Spinella Holloway, 63, a resident of Morgan City, passed 
away Monday, May 1, 2013 at Canon Hospice in New Orleans after a lengthy battle 
with cancer.

Susie was born on September 3, 1949 in Morgan City the daughter of Peter 
Spinella, Sr. and Antoinette Gulotta Spinella.

Susie was known for her love of life.

She will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her mother, Antoinette 
Spinella; one son, Sam Holloway of Morgan City; one brother, Dr. Peter 
Spinella, Jr. of Morgan City; three sisters, Dr. Faith Ann Spinella of Morgan 
City, Mary Kay Knope and husband Eddie of Marietta, Georgia, Paula Hebert and 
husband Derhyl of Houston, Texas; four nephews, Eddie Knope, Jr., Jason Knope, 
Eric Knope, Austin Gutgsell; one niece, Megan Gallagher.

She was preceded in death her father Peter Spinella, Sr.

Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 4, 2013 at Holy 
Cross Catholic Church. Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. 
on Friday, May 3, 2013 at Twin City Funeral Home with a rosary being prayed at 
6:30 p.m. Visitation will resume from 9:00 a.m. until the time of Mass on 
Saturday at church.
