PHILLIPS, ZAYDEN PATRICK 

Funeral services will be celebrated for infant Zayden Patrick Phillips at 10 
a.m. Thursday, May 9, 2013, at Highland Baptist Church. The Rev. David Denton 
will officiate. 

Interment will follow in Holy Family Cemetery.

Zayden passed away Friday, May 3, 2013, at Women’s and Children’s Hospital.

Zayden is the infant son of Kaley Katheryn Falgout of Broussard and Patrick 
Lamar Phillips of Morgan City. He is also survived by his sister, Kenzie Lynn 
Falgout; a brother, Elijah Cole Phillips; maternal grandparents, Lynda Johnston 
Falgout of Morgan City, Gary and Melinda Falgout of Carencro, and Jack and 
Sandra Phillips of Morgan City; and his great-grandparents, Wilda Moreau and 
James Rupp of Morgan City, and Daniel Wilson of Morgan City.

Serving as pallbearers will be Gary Falgout and Jeremy Mitchell.

Evangeline Funeral Home of New Iberia, 337-364-1881, is in charge of 
arrangements
