PICOU, ANNE DUPONT 

Anne Dupont Picou, 81, died at 11:09 a.m. Thursday, May 2, 2013. She was a 
native of Baton Rouge and resident of Patterson.

Visitation was held Sunday, May 5, 2013, from 6 to 8 p.m. and from 9 a.m. 
today, Monday, May 6, 2013, until the time of services at Chauvin Funeral Home. 
The funeral service will begin at 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home. 

Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery in Thibodaux.

She is survived by one son, Robert Lloyd Picou of Lafayette; three daughters, 
Denise Marie Picou Romero and husband, Ronald, and Michelle Kay Picou Templet 
and husband, Joey, all of Morgan City, and Monique Claire Picou Chitwood of 
Sunset five grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd Ernest Picou; parents, Thomas 
Jefferson Dupont and Nellie Mae Bankston Dupont; son, David Charles Picou; 
brother, Richard Dupont; and sister, Tommye Lynn Dupont Linger.

Chauvin Funeral Home Inc., 5899 Highway 311 Houma, LA 70360, 985-868-2536, is 
in charge of arrangements.
