Connie was a member of St. Bernadette Catholic Church. She loved her family and made the most of the time they spent together. She owned and operated Sauce's Snowball Stand for over 20 years and was known as "The Snowball Lady". Connie had a beautiful yard filled with roses and many other gorgeous flowers and plants. Connie will be sadly missed by all who know and loved her. Connie is survived by her loving husband of 59 years Forrest Sauce, her son Clyde Sauce and his wife Lindy of Berwick, LA, her daughters, Deirdre Hale of Holden, MO and Wendy and her husband Tim Breaux of Lafayette, La.. Her eight grandchildren, Kasey and her husband John Rink, Erin and her husband Wendell Howse, Mark Sauce, Kyrie Hale, Daniel Hale, Samantha and her husband Travis Lacombe, Tasha Breaux, and Hannah Breaux. Her great-grandchildren, Sara Rink, Noah Howse, Riley Howse and Anne-Marie Lacombe. Connie is preceded in death by her parents Clyde and Winnie Davidson and her great-grandson John Michael Rink. A time of remembrance and reflection will be observed Monday May 27, 2013 at Hargrave Funeral Home beginning at 6 pm until 9 pm. Continuing Tuesday May 28, 2013 at Hargrave Funeral Home at 10 am. Dismissal will begin at 1.30 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at St. Bernadette Catholic Church at 2 pm. Connie will be laid to rest in the Berwick Cemetery. ===================
