Norman was a boat captain for Tidewater Marine for 20 years, Norman loved the outdoors he was a hunter, fisherman, shrimper and a trapper. He was a wonderful provider for his family his main concern was to see that his family had everything, he would often put their needs before his own. Norman loved to see them succeed, and did all he could to make that happen. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and a friend to all. Norman is survived by his wife Melba "Mickey" Lombas Willis of 62 years, his two daughters Linda Joyce Willis and Sherry Lynn Willis, his grandchildren Nichol Chaisson, Sissy Chaisson, Christy Palmature, Brandi Willis, Cherie Moncada, Elizabeth Christie, Billy, Becca, & Katy Hay, his eleven great- grandchildren. Norman is preceded in death by his son Norman Russell Willis, Jr. his mother and stepfather Bertha Willis and Curtis Baker and his grandson Lil Andy Chaisson. Visitation will be Saturday June 1, 2013 at the Bayou Vista Civic Center from 1 pm until 5pm. ===================
