Please go to http://usgwarchives.net/la/stmary/obits/dateobits/2013/sm1306.htm and click on the name of interest. ========== Stephen Keith Angeron spent his final days surrounded by his loved ones at home where he succumbed to heart failure on May 30, 2013, at the age of 59. Steve is survived by his loving companion, Laurie Lightell; his daughter, Ellia Angeron and her mother, Cheryl; his son, Stephen Angeron-Spencer and his mother, Elizabeth, and wife, Tamela; his granddaughter, Kinsey Spencer; his sisters, Gay Neil and Barbara; his brother, Phillip; his eight nieces and nephews; and his canine companion, Buffett. Steve was preceded in death by his brother, Gillis Angeron Jr.; and his parents, Gillis Angeron Sr. (Pappy) and Nelda Angeron. Steve was born in Memphis, Tenn., on June 30, 1953, but later moved to Morgan City at the age of 3 where he spent his childhood. Later he moved to Folsom where he spent the remainder of his life. Steve has worked many jobs but most notably was the owner of Airworks Heating and Air Conditioning. His passions included his faith in God, riding motorcycles, music, the outdoors, fishing, horseback riding and especially his children and grandchild. Steve was dearly loved by many and will be greatly missed by the many whose lives he touched. His life will be celebrated at a memorial service at 2 p.m. Friday, June 7, 2013, at New Zion Baptist Church, 17387 New Zion Church Road., Covington, LA, 70435. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to New Zion Baptist Church. ===================
