Emelda Hammond, age 61, a resident of Terrebonne Parish, died Sunday, June 23, 
2013 at 8:56 am.

Visitation will be Saturday, June 29 from 11:00 a.m. until funeral time. The 
funeral will be at 2:00 p.m. at Eagle Wright Baptist Church. 

Burial will follow in Halfway Cemetery.

She leaves to cherish her memories: two sons, Charles (Regina) Hammond and 
Joshua Singleton; and one grandchild, Destiny Hammond.

She was preceded in death by: her parents, Robert and Corrine Ross-Hammond; and 
brother, Lloyd Hammond.

Jones Funeral Home of Houma in charge of arrangements.
