Please go to http://usgwarchives.net/la/stmary/obits/dateobits/2013/sm1306.htm and click on the name of interest. ========== A Mass of Christian burial will be held Friday, June 7, 2013, at 11:00 AM at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Patterson for Mrs. Annie Beaugh Magee, 93, a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, native of Church Point, former resident of Morgan City and Bayou Vista and a longtime resident of Patterson, who passed away Monday, June 3, 2013, at her home with her family at her side. Burial will follow in the St. Joseph Cemetery. Father Donavan Labbé will officiate the services, with Fr. Lee Martin Martiny as con-celebrant. Survivors include five children, Wiley Magee and his wife Peggy, Elayna Cross and her husband Bill, Art Magee and his wife Janice, Kathryn Martiny and her husband Bryan, and Jo Ellen Sauer and her husband Ken; 12 grandchildren, Laura Larive, Kelly Magee, Caroline Magee, Jason Cross, Erica Cross, Sheena Magee, Jessica Martiny, Kaitlyn Hickson, Shaun Sauer, Leacy Sauer, Grant Sauer, and Logan Sauer; three great grandchildren, Megan Larive, Luke Larive, and Kaylie Cross; two brothers, George Beaugh and Jean Beaugh; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jason Ellis Magee; her parents, Eli Beaugh and Adelphine Gay Beaugh; two brothers, Joseph "Naul" Beaugh and Wilington Beaugh; and one sister, Irene Beaugh Miller. A gathering of family and friends will be held Friday at St. Joseph Catholic Church from 9:00 AM until time of Mass at 11:00 AM. The family would like to express their sincerest appreciation to Barbara Toups, Tina Hernandez, Barb Pellerin, as well as her many other sitters, a longtime friend, Rita Aucoin, and also to the staff of Journey Hospice. In lieu of flowers the family requests that contributions be made in Mrs. Annie's name to St. Joseph Catholic Church, PO Box 219, Patterson, LA 70392, or to St. Bernadette Catholic Church, 1112 Saturn Road, Morgan City, LA 70380.
