Art is survived by one daughter, Rachelle Baker and her husband, Mike, of Morgan City; their five children, Brailynn, Cash, Jolie, Hailie, and Cole all of Morgan City; one son, Daniel Driskill and his fiancé, Christie, of San Diego, CA; one brother, Terry Driskill and his wife, Debbie, of Nashville, TN; three sisters, Rose Moritz and her husband, Max, of Nashville, TN., Sue Bercegeay and her husband, Dwain, of Bayou Vista, LA and Judy Scully and her husband, Robert, of Berwick; five nephews, Matthew, Christian, Ryan, Brandon, Robby; three nieces, Tiffani, Brittany, and Emily. Art is reunited in heaven with his father, Millard James Driskill; his mother, Lou Toups Driskill; one nephew, Lil Dave. An animal lover, Art enjoyed spending time in the park with his beloved pets. A person who enjoyed having a good time, especially with family and friends, he was a charismatic ladies' man. Some of his favorite past times included spending time outdoors, fishing, playing cards and pool. Art was always good for a laugh and in his time on earth, he left many smiles on many faces. A kindhearted person, it was well known that he would give anything and everything to help others, even if it was the shirt off his back, Y Knot? The family requests that a time of remembrance be observed Wednesday, July 31, 2013 from 6pm to 9pm at Hargrave Funeral Home with funeral Services for Art taking place Wednesday, July 31st at 7:30pm. In keeping with Art's wishes, graveside services will be held privately at a later date. ===================
