Gerard Francis, Sr., age 77, a native of Glencoe, La., and a resident of 
Franklin, LA died Friday, July 19, 2013 at 3:51 pm at Franklin Foundation 
Hospital.

Visitation will be Friday, July 26, 2013 at Jones Funeral Home in Franklin, 
La., from 11:00 AM until funeral service at 1:00 PM. 

Burial will be in St. Helen Cemetery in Glencoe, La.

Gerard leaves to cherish his memories; five sons, Gerard Francis, Jr., and Mark 
Francis (Sondya) both of Glencoe, La., Danny Francis(Monique) of Franklin, La., 
Sampson Francis of Irvin, TX., and Curtis Francis of Alexander, La., one 
daughter, Carla F. Jones (Terry) of Glencoe, La., fourteen grandchildren and a 
host of relatives and friends.

Preceded in death by his parents, Charles Francis, Sr., and Rosemary Drexler 
Francis, his wife, Ardele Baker Francis, a daughter, Wendy Francis, two 
sisters, Betty Bowles and Mathelia Francis and a brother, Charles Francis, Jr.
