She is survived by two sons, Archie Hawkins Jr. (his wife, Mary) of Houston, Texas and Gerard Lee Hawkins (his wife, Patrice) of Baton Rouge; two daughters, Mrs. Rosalyn Robinson (her husband, Johnny) of Fort Lauderdale and Dr. Fanny C. Hawkins of Houston; a special and loving daughter-in-law, Mrs. Theressa Hawkins of Baldwin; six brothers, Gerard Jolivet (his wife, Marilyn), Ralph Jolivet (his wife, Charlotte), James Jolivet (his wife, Charlotte) and Warren Paul Jolivet, all of Houston, and Arnold Jolivet (his wife, Jo’anne) and Russell Jolivet (his wife, Tina), both of Baltimore, Maryland; three sisters, Mrs. Jerry Silas Denson, Mrs. Hilda Manning (her husband, Johnny) and Mrs. Sylvia Wallace (her husband, Oliver), all of Houston; 11 grandchildren; and a host of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Mrs. Hawkins was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, one son, two sisters and four brothers. Visitations will be observed Saturday, July 13, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., at Greater New Hope Baptist Church, 104 Tenth St. in Baldwin. Burial rites will be read Saturday, at 11 a.m., at that church, with Pastor Jolivet and Elder Donald Lancelin officiating. Interment will follow in the Special Providence Baptist Church, 814 MLK Jr. St. in Baldwin. The Otis Mortuary of Franklin is in charge of preparations. ===================
