HEWITT, JESSIE LEE CISSNA 
June 22, 1926 - July 11, 2013 

Mrs. Jessie Lee Cissna Hewitt, 87, a native of Patterson and a longtime 
resident of Franklin, passed away Thursday, July 11, 2013, at her home in 
Franklin.

Survivors include three sons, James L. Hewitt and his wife Frankie, Gary C. 
Hewitt, and Will Hewitt and his wife Melanie; daughter-in-law, Mary Hewitt May; 
five grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; and one great great grandson.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William Madison (Bill) Hewitt, Jr.; 
her parents, John B. Cissna and Adele Adams Cissna; one brother, John E. 
Cissna; and one granddaughter, Allyson Hewitt.

The family would like to express their deepest heartfelt gratitude and 
appreciation to Mary Hewitt May, along with her devoted caregivers, Ann 
Boudreaux, Ann Patrick, Charlene Soule, Marilyn Borne, Delores Cooks, and 
especially Louise Rogers; the staff of Heart of Hospice, as well as Dr. Roland 
Degeyter and his staff for the loving and compassionate care given to Mrs. 
Jessie.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that contributions be made in Mrs. Jessie's
