Funeral services will be held Saturday, August 31, 2013, at 6:00 PM at Ibert's 
Mortuary in Patterson for Charlotte Anita Adams Burt, 53, born in Pompano 
Beach, FL, raised in McComb, MS, and a resident of Patterson for the past 20 
years, who passed away in her sleep unexpectedly Monday evening(26 Aug 2013) at 
her home. Rev. Joe Thibeau will officiate the service.

Survivors include her husband of 23 years, Gerald (Brother) Burt; her two 
daughters, Melissa Boyd Self and Crystal (Cassie) Boyd; two grandchildren, 
Alexis Self and Bradley Carter; one sister, Anna Adams Wacker and her husband 
Charlie; special aunts, Anita Carver and her husband Duel and Nina Kemp; and a 
close friend, Wanda Davis.

She was preceded in death by her parents, George L. Adams and Martha L. Hatcher 
Adams; and an uncle, Gene Kemp.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be made in Charlotte's

The family will receive friends on Saturday at Ibert's Mortuary from 4:00 PM 
burt-charlotteuntil time of service at 6:00 PM.
