A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Tuesday, August 20, 2013, at 
11:00 AM at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Patterson for Mr. Cosimo "Doc" 
Cremaldi, 81, a native and lifelong resident of Patterson, who passed away at 
his home Friday afternoon, August 16, 2013, with his family by his side. 

Burial will follow in the St. Joseph Cemetery in Patterson. 
Fr. Herb Bennerfield will be the celebrant for the Mass, with Fr. Angelo 
Cremaldi as con-celebrant.

Survivors include his wife of 61 years, June Cardinale Cremaldi; five children, 
Anthony Duane Cremaldi, Angela Marie Cremaldi, Anna Maria Cremaldi Picou and 
her husband Jean Picou, Jr., Dianne Palma Cremaldi, and Michael Russell 
Cremaldi and his wife Brenda Cremaldi; one sister, Bernice Accardo; three 
grandchildren, Elizabeth Jean Picou Bergeron and her husband Rusty, Anthony 
Jean Picou and his wife Stephanie, and Andrew Francis Gauthreaux; five great 
grandchildren, Blake Robert Leger, Robert Morris Boudreaux, Brooke Nicole 
Bergeron, Jonathon Lee Picou, and Evan Robert Picou; as well as numerous nieces 
and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Tony and Lena Cremaldi; and an infant 
brother, Cosimo Cremaldi.

A gathering of family and friends will be held Tuesday at St. Joseph Catholic 
Church from 9:00 AM until time of Mass at 11:00 AM, with the rosary being 
prayed at 10:00 AM.

Serving as pallbearers will be Michael Cremaldi, John Cremaldi, Angelo 
Cardinale, Andrew Gauthreaux, Mario Accardo, Timothy Aucoin, Rick Tabor, and 
Leonard Armato. Honorary pallbearers will be Lucien Cremaldi, Russell Cremaldi, 
Jeffrey Cardinale, Robert Cardinale, David Cardinale, Frank Rose, Anthony 
Picou, and Rusty Bergeron.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Ibert's Mortuary, Inc., 1111 Lia Street, 
Patterson, LA
