A Mass of Christian burial will be held Saturday, August 31, 2013, at 11:00 AM 
at Ibert's Mortuary for Mr. Robert "Bobby" Joseph Goulas, 80, a native and 
lifelong resident of Franklin, who passed away Thursday, August 29, 2013, at 
8:39 AM at his home. 

He will be laid to rest in the Franklin Cemetery. 
Fr. Thomas Vu will officiate the services.

Bobby retired from Cabot in 1996 after 40 years of dedicated service, working 
as a Production Operator.

Survivors include his wife of 57 years, Shelby McLain Goulas; three sons, Bobby 
Goulas, Jeff Goulas and his wife Donna, and Scott Goulas and his wife Lisa; two 
daughters, Joni Goulas Markerson and Kelly Goulas Jones and her husband Mike; 
eleven grandchildren, Christina Perron, Matthew, Andrew and Micah Goulas, 
Lauren, Katie, Megan and Ryan Jones, Hailey, Cailey and Ashley Goulas; one 
great grandson, Nathan Jones; and three sisters, Joyce Broussard, Ernestine 
Kiff, and Ramona Overstreet.

He was preceded in death by his parents, August and Lucile Simoneaux Goulas; 
two brothers, Blaise and Raymond Goulas; one grandson, Jason Leonard; and a 
son-in-law, Johnny Markerson.

A gathering of family and friends will be held Saturday, August 31, 2013, at 
Ibert's Mortuary from 9:00 AM until time of Mass, with the rosary being prayed 
at 10:30 AM.

Serving as pallbearers will be his three sons, Bobby, Jeff and Scott and his 
three grandsons, Matthew, Andrew and Micah.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Ibert's Mortuary, Inc.
