William M. "BABOO" Gray, age 65, a resident of Franklin, LA., and a native of 
Baldwin, La., died Thursday, August 8, 2013 at 1:25 am at Franklin Healthcare 
Center in Franklin, LA.

William was a veteran of the United States Navy, receiving The National Defense 
Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal with one bronze star, Vietnam Campaign 
Medal and Navy Unit Commendation.

William leaves to cherish his memories; two sons, William (Tammy) Gray and 
Scottie (Danielle) Gray both of Franklin, La; one daughter, LaQuanda Gray 
(Cedric) of Baldwin, La; a sister, Victoria Gray Tarleton of Decatur, GA; seven 
grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.

William was preceded in death by his parents, Johnny Gray and Letha Campbell 
Gray, and one brother.
