A Mass of Christian burial will be held Friday, August 16, 2013, at 2:00 PM at 
St. Joseph Catholic Church in Patterson for Mrs. Bonnie Autin Bailey LeCompte, 
84, a native of Berwick and a resident of Patterson, who passed away Wednesday, 
August 14, 2013, at 2:57 AM at Tulane University Hospital in New Orleans. 

Burial will follow in the St. Joseph Cemetery in Patterson.

Survivors include her husband of 37 years, Linton Joseph "Lin" LeCompte; five 
children, Becky Bailey Rock and her husband Mitchell Rock, Henry Bailey, Jr. 
and his wife Betty Rebardi Bailey, Gwendolyn Bailey LaCoste and her husband 
Melvin LaCoste, Scarlet Bailey Vincent, and Diana Bailey Aucoin and her husband 
Timothy Aucoin, Sr.; 16 grandchildren; 49 great grandchildren; and three great 
great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Henry Bailey, Sr.; her parents, 
Charles Autin and Lucrecia Chauvin Autin; one son-in-law, Roger Vincent, Sr.; 
one brother; two sisters; two half-brothers; and one half-sister.

A gathering of family and friends will be held Friday at St. Joseph Catholic 
Church from 10:30 AM until time of Mass at 2:00 PM.

Serving as pallbearers will be T.J. Aucoin, Wade LaCoste, Terry Vincent, Roland 
Bailey, Curtis Bailey, Henry Bailey III, and James Bailey.
