LEWIS, DON E. 

Don E. (Buzzer) Lewis, a resident of New Orleans, died August 5, 2013 in 
California after a long illness. 

He was born November 25, 1950.

He graduated in 1968 from Park Avenue Rattlers of Franklin. He served six years 
in the U.S. Air Force. He later moved to Sunnyvale, California.

Funeral service will be Wednesday, Aug. 7 in California at Bay Area Funeral 
Home in Redwood, California.

He is the son of the late Willie and Martha King Lewis; and brother of the late 
Gordon Ray Lewis.

He leaves two sisters, Marva (Michael) and Joy Lewis; brothers, Michael 
“Weechy” (Cheryl) of Franklin, Willis Jr. (Dude) of Sacramento, California, and 
Frankie (Carolyn) of Dallas, Texas; and a host of other relatives and friends.
