Having dedicated her life to her family, Judy also enjoyed cooking and reading. One of her greatest joys in life was her grandchildren. She treasured spending time with them, and taking them on vacation to Gulf Shores. Her newest love was her first and only great grandchild. If having to sum up Judy's life in one small sentence, a devoted mother would say it best. She will be sadly missed by all those who knew and loved her. Judy is survived by her loving daughter, Roxanne Mire and her husband, Ronald; her loving son, Scotty Manuel and his wife, Pam, all of Morgan City; six grandchildren, Robin Mire, Braden Manuel, Alex Moye, and Shawn Guilliot all of Morgan City, and Jared and Sean Manuel of Eunice; one great grandchild, Julian Manuel of Eunice; one brother, William G. Reeves; five sisters, Barbara Spannuth, Brenda Reeves, Dubbie Kehle, Edith Farmer, and Donna Holmes all of Brunswick, GA.; a brother-in-law, John Manuel of Eunice; a daughter-in-law, Kim Manuel also of Eunice; and her lifelong friends, Mary Netterville and Martha Guillory. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lullan Manuel; her son, Lullan "Brad" Bradley Manuel; her parents, William and Bertha Reeves; and her father and mother-in-law, Maurice and Rozena Manuel, and her maternal grandmother, Mamie Deville. The family requests that visitation be observed Thursday, August 8, 2013 from 6pm – 9pm at Hargrave Funeral Home with visitation resuming at Hargrave Funeral Home on Friday, August 9th at 9am until time of services. Funeral Services will take place on Friday, August 9th at 11am at Hargrave Funeral Home with Monsignor Courville officiating. Graveside services will follow in the Morgan City Cemetery. ===================
