WILLIAMS, MARY LUCILLE FOSTER 

Mary Lucille Foster Williams, 91, a resident and native of Franklin, died 
Friday, August 16, 2013, at 11:10 a.m., at Franklin Foundation Hospital 
following a short illness.

She is survived by four sons, Tyrone Williams Sr., Gregory Williams, Charlie 
Williams Sr. and Rodney Williams Sr., all of Franklin; four daughters, Jeanette 
Jackson of Houston, Texas, Mary L. Williams, Janice Williams and Charlene 
Williams, all of Franklin; one brother, Felton Foster Sr. of Los Angeles, 
California; four sisters, Mary L. McNeal of New Orleans, Thelma Phillips of 
Franklin, Evelyn Matthews and Arlean Verdun, both of Texas; 30 grandchildren; 
74 great grandchildren; and 34 great great grandchildren.

Visitations will be observed Saturday, August 24, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., at 
the Triumph Baptist Church.

Burial rites will be read Saturday, at 11 a.m., at that church, with the Rev. 
Carl F. Lewis officiating. 

Interment will follow in the St. John Cemetery in Franklin.

The Otis Mortuary of Franklin is in charge of arrangements.
