Visitation will be Friday, September 20, 2013 at St. Judes Spiritual Church in Franklin, La., from 9:00 AM until funeral service at 11:00 AM. Burial will be in the Oaklawn Cemetery. Officiating, Bishop Willie Ross. Junious leaves to cherish his memories; his wife, Gail Joseph of Franklin, La; two sons, Emile Joseph of Jennings, La., and Irving Lumpkin, Jr., of Franklin, La; three daughters, Mitchelle Moore of Baton Rouge, La., Chiquita Lumpkin and Precious Joseph both of Franklin, La; two sisters, Shirley Jarrell and Margaret Mason both of Baton Rouge, La; thirteen grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends. Junious was preceded in death by his parents, Emile Junious Joseph and Margaret Webster Joseph, and a brother, Willie Joseph. ===================
