POLIDORE, LYDELL 
(October 26, 1994 - September 24, 2013)

Lydell Polidore, age 18, a native of Lafayette, La., and a resident of 
Jeanerette, La., died Tuesday, September 24, 2013 at Children's Hospital in New 
Orleans, La., at 9:50 AM.

Visitation will be Friday, October 4, 2013 at Israelite Divine Spiritual Church 
in Four Corners, La., from 9:00 AM until 1:00 PM. 

Burial will be in the Sorrell Community Cemetery.

Lydell leaves to cherish his memories; his mother, Janice Polidore of 
Jeanerette, La; two brothers, Ja'Caussi Polidore and Tahj Phillips both of 
Jeanerette, La; three sisters, Ta'Janae Polidore of Jeanerette, La., Quinceia 
Polidore of Franklin, La., and Almeta Polidore of Breaux Bridge, La., and a host 
of relatives and friends.
