SMITH, THELMA LEATRIC 
(April 5, 1912 - September 26, 2013)

Thelma L. Smith, age 101, a native of Lake Charles, La., a resident of Morgan 
City, La., died Thursday, September 26, 2013 at Morgan City Healthcare at 2:50 
PM.

Visitation will be at Walmsley United Methodist Church in Morgan City, La., 
Saturday, October 5, 2013 from 8:00 AM until funeral service at 10:00 AM. 

Burial will be in the Providence Memorial Park Cemetery, 8200 Airline Dr., 
Metairie, La. 
Officiating, Pastor John Locasciro.

Ms. Thelma leaves to cherish her memories; a brother, Earl Washington of 
Sacramento, Calif; a sister, Betty (Frank) Caudle of Channelview, TX; her 
niece, Wanda (Cornel) Keeler of Morgan City, La., a nephew, Emmett 
(Linda)Washington of Allen, TX; great nieces and nephews, Carmen Keeler, 
Tiffany Keeler, Justin Washington and Jarriel Washington; great great nieces & 
nephews, Tre'Shawn Nunez, Jordyn Nesbitt, Karden Keeler and Carson Washington; 
and a host of relatives and friends.
