FAVORS, KEVIN BRIAN 

Kevin Brian Favors, 47, a native of Patterson and resident of Houston, died 
Saturday, Oct. 12, 2013, at Methodist San Jacinto Hospital in Bay Town, Texas. 

Visitation will be held at Good Hope Baptist Church in Patterson from 10 a.m. 
to 1 p.m. Saturday. Burial rites will be read at the church at 1 p.m. Saturday 
with the Rev. Patrick Jones officiating. 

Interment will follow in Shields Cemetery in Patterson.

Survivors include his wife, Lesa Stone Favors of Houston; his parents, Joyce 
and Lucius Griffin of Patterson; two sons, Isaiah Tyree Brown of Houston and 
Kevin Griffin of Corpus Christi, Texas; one daughter, Sydni Brown of Houston; 
three brothers, Willie Francois of Patterson, and Louis Favors and Lawrence 
Favors, both of Corpus Christi, Texas; and two sisters, Tammy Washington of 
Moss Point, Miss., and Faith Simmon of San Marcus, Texas.

Otis Mortuary of Franklin is in charge of arrangements.
