A Mass of Christian burial will be held Saturday, October 26, 2013, at 11:00 AM 
at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Patterson for Mr. Lloyd Joseph Lecamu, 89, a 
native of Morgan City and a 56 year resident of Bayou Vista, who passed away 
Tuesday, October 22, 2013, at 3:30PM. 

He will be laid to rest in the St. Joseph Cemetery Mausoleum, 

with military honors provided by the United States Navy and the East St. Mary 
Veteran's Funeral Squad. 
Father Herb Bennerfield will officiate the services.

Survivors include one daughter, Lynette Lecamu Chaisson; three grandchildren, 
Joseph J. Chaisson and his wife Molly, Lee A. Lecamu, Jr. and his wife Lisa, 
and Jennifer M. Chaisson; and four great grandchildren, Blake Joseph Chaisson, 
Rylie Elizabeth Chaisson, Jett James Lecamu, and Cruz Vega Lecamu.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Florence Foster Lecamu; one son, Lee Adam 
Lecamu, Sr.; his parents, Lee Adam Lecamu and Maria Gertrude Guillot Lecamu; 
one son-in-law, Wallace Paul Chaisson; one grandson, Justin Lecamu; as well as 
by five brothers and three sisters.

A gathering of family and friends will be held Friday at Ibert's Mortuary in 
Patterson from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM, with the rosary being prayed at 6:30 PM. 
Visiting hours will continue Saturday at St. Joseph Catholic Church from 8:00 
AM until time of Mass at 11:00 AM.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Ibert's Mortuary, Inc., 1111 Lia Street, 
Patterson, LA
