Gloria Provost age 71, a resident of Birmingham, Ala., and a native Jeanerette, 
La., died Saturday, October 5, 2013 at 3:30 PM at St. Vincent Hospital in 
Birmingham, Ala.

Visitation will be Saturday, October 12, 2013 at Calvary Pentecostal Church, 
12310 E. Highway 90, in Jeanerette, La., from 9:00 AM until funeral service at 
11:00 AM. Burial will be in the Heavenly Rest Cemetery in Jeanerette, La. 
Officiating, Rev. Ellis Provost.

Gloria leaves to cherish her memories; four sons, Reginald "Tina" Provost, Sr., 
of Port Arthur, TX., Rev. Ellis "Carla" Provost of Birmingham, AL., Leonard 
Provost of Beaumont, TX., and Joshua "Letonya" Provost, Sr., of Nederland, TX; 
one daughter, Yolanda "Eugene" Lavine of Birmingham, AL; one brother, Raymond 
Sam, Sr., of Jeanerette, La; four sisters, Martha Casimere of Oklahoma, Annie 
Keal of Jeanerette, La., Elvina Patin of Grand Marais, La., and Victoria 
Olivier of Grand Marais, La; twenty-one grandchildren, three great 
grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.
