CROCKETT, VERA LILLY

Mrs. Vera Lilly Crockett, 95, a resident and native of Franklin, died Tuesday, 
Nov. 12, 2013, at 3:56 a.m., at Franklin Foundation Hospital following a short 
illness.

She is survived by two sons, Nathan Joseph Jones Jr. of Aurora, Colorado and 
Rodney Jones of Franklin; four grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.

Mrs. Crockett was preceded in death by her parents, husband, three brothers and 
two sisters.

Visitations will be observed Thursday, Nov. 21, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., at 
Asbury United Methodist Church on Main St. in Franklin.
Burial rites will be read at that church Thursday, at 11 a.m., with the Rev. 
Darryl Briggs officiating. 

Interment will follow in the Lutheran Cemetery on Main St. in Franklin.

The Otis Mortuary of Franklin is in charge of preparations.
