HAMILTON WILLIE SR.

Mr. Willie Hamilton Sr., 89, a resident and native of Franklin, died Sunday, 
November 24, 2013, at 6:30 p.m., at Patterson Health Care Center following a 
short illness.

He is survived by six sons, Willie Hamilton Jr., Joseph and Lazin McDaniel, all 
of Franklin, Willie Joe Scott of Charenton, Billy James Hamilton of Sweeny, 
Texas and Oscar L. Hamilton of Round Rock, Texas; six daughters, Joan Hamilton, 
Gwendolyn Osborne, Loneather Chimer Clark, Sherry Harrell, all of Franklin, 
Carolyn Ann McGee of Round Rock, Texas, and Julia Cuton of San Antonio, Texas; 
one brother, Authur James Hamilton of Houston, Texas; 25 grandchildren; and 21 
great grandchildren.

Mr. Hamilton was preceded in death by his wife.

Visitations will be observed Saturday, Nov. 30, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., at Otis 
Chapel in Franklin.

Burial rites will be read Saturday, at 1 p.m., at the mortuary, with the Rev. 
H.L. McGee officiating.

The Otis Mortuary of Franklin is in charge of preparations.
