A Mass of Christian burial will be held Tuesday, November 26, 2013, at 1:00 PM 
at the Church of the Assumption for Dorothy "Dot" Broussard Hebert, with a 
gathering of family and friends beginning at 10:00 AM followed by the 
recitation of the rosary at 11:00 AM. 

Ms. Dot, 87, was a native of Centerville and a longtime resident of Franklin, 
who passed away on Thursday, November 21, 2013, at 5:42 PM at Our Lady of 
Lourdes Regional Medical Center in Lafayette. 

She will be laid to rest in the Franklin Cemetery. 
Father Lloyd Benoit will officiate the services. 

Serving as pallbearers will be Wayne Hebert, Randy Hebert, Todd Pellerin, 
Jeremy Hebert, Jory Hebert, Jason Hebert, and Bailey Hebert.

Survivors include five children, Wayne J. and Mary Ann Hebert of Franklin, Fran 
H. Larpenter and her husband John of Franklin, Mark A. Hebert of Houma, Lori H. 
Pellerin and her husband Todd of Verdunville, and Randy J. Hebert of New 
Iberia; two brothers, Edward Broussard of San Diego, CA and Jimmy Broussard of 
Franklin; 11 grandchildren, Jeremy Hebert and his wife Aimee, Jory Hebert and 
his wife Katelin, Jason Hebert, Joanie Larpenter, Eric Hebert, Joseph Hebert, 
Brandi Willis and her husband Alex, Brooke Adams, Blaise Touchet, Bailey 
Hebert, and Cody Beck; and 11 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Sidney Broussard and Olivia Myers 
Broussard; one brother, Ulysses Broussard; and one sister, Shirley Broussard.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Ibert's Mortuary, Inc., 1007 Main Street, 
Franklin, LA
